I've been meaning to blog lately but have been just too busy. Time always seems to get away from me between commuting for work a couple days a week, keeping up with an exercise routine, and spending time with husband + friends + family. Not to mention all of the extras like throwing showers, being on my sorority's advisory board and my newest addition (just for you Kristin) the league :-) So here's my all encompassing post to recap my life recently.
Threw a baby shower for my best friend (I made my first diaper cake)
Co-hosted a bridal shower for another dear friend
Went to another shower for my best friend (she's due any day now)
Visited another dear friend in Nashville (she recently got engaged, yay!)
Ran my first 5K on St.Patty's Day followed by quite the celebration
Saw Zac Brown Band

Looks like you've been having a ton of fun lately!! You joined Junior League?!? I've been thinking about it...do you like it?
ReplyDeleteI've only been to one thing so far for Junior League but it seems to be what I'm looking for. I LOVE being a CAB but I think this will be a different experience to add it with more volunteering opportunities in the community. I think our provisional year officially starts in July.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much! They're those tissue pom poms. Instead of making them myself (too much with all I had to do already) I found pre-made ones at party city. All you have to do is fluff them out which does take a little bit of time but I assume less time than actually making them yourself!
